My initial goal in starting this program was to expand on my masters degree in technology and broaden my teaching experiences. During the program, COVID took hold and the shift of the working/teaching world began.  I felt that I could and would be able to contribute to the learning needs of younger and older students in a way that was relatable.  This program was completed solely online and the diverse topics we covered in workplace and personal lives was very enlightening.  The professors in this subject area were highly qualified working professionals who really challenged my thinking and way of learning. As I was not working professionally thru this certification, I was homeschooling my children.  Many of the ways that were instructed to lead and make changes really applied to my home life as well which was a very beneficial outcome.

My future goals in Human Resources would be to continue my certificate program into their Masters Graduate program for full completion of the degree.  The option for adding classes was a draw to me and I would enjoy learning more in the professional field to enhance business place growth.
